Best Western Hotel San Marco

Clean, comfortable. What you would expect from a known chain of hotels. Can’t fault it really!

the pleasant reception and the servicelevel of the personnel > at the desk, during breakfast and the chambermaids, all very pleasant and smiling. the room was clean, no noise from other clients, and can be reached by elevator. breakfast was good, not overdone, but good coffee and lots of yoghurts, fresh fruit and sweet cakes. the location of this Best Western is very useful for visitors of the old city Siena, there is a frequent busservice from across the street. the bus, no 54 takes you into the city-center in 5 minutes:piazza Indipendenza. it runs until about 8.30 pm, so if you leave later you just take a taxi back to the hotel, that costs about 12 euros.

The location was great you could take a bus to city center a walk from the hotel or you could walk to city around 30-40 minutes...the hotel is clean and comfortable beds.a lot of spaces for parking..nice and helpful staff...we had very good breakfast with Al lot of options...

This is a modern, well appointed hotel. The rooms are comfortable and quiet with good breakfasts. Staff were both pleasant and helpful.
